Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement and breathing practice that helps calm your nervous system and supports your body’s natural self-regulation. 

In this 60-minute session, you will learn simple, flowing movements that can help release tension, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. 

Regular practice may support:

  • Calming the nervous system 

  • Reducing stress and physical tension 

  • Improving focus and body awareness 

  • Supporting emotional balance and recovery

The session is guided by an experienced practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a strong background in Qigong and Tai Chi. With a calm, attentive teaching style, she creates a safe and supportive space where participants can reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and build inner stability, regardless of prior experience.
