Who we are
VitalNeuro Center brings together a team of specialists in neurology/psychiatry and neuropsychology/psychology,
complemented by certified experts in nutrition, functional health, life coaching, and traditional Chinese medicine.
Our core is medical expertise, enhanced by a complementary approach.
The problem we are solving
Time in general practice is limited.
In-depth cognitive assessments and long-term support are rarely possible within a standard consultation. Too often, patients leave with a prescription but without the hands-on guidance needed to address underlying risk factors.
VitalNeuro closes this gap. We provide comprehensive assessments, detailed analyses, and ongoing support. Your patients return to you with a personalized brain health plan, while we ensure the follow-up care.
This gives you the confidence that the cognitive aspects are managed - so you can focus on the many other areas of their health.
We also offer ADHD assessment, including neurological-psychiatric examination and neuropsychological testing – here too, we offer traditional medical therapy supplemented with complementary services.

Our role in patient care
How + Why
We complement standard primary care by offering diagnostics and interventions that extend beyond routine clinical practice. Our team provides neurologic and neuropsychological assessments, advanced laboratory testing, and integrative approaches.
Our Focus
-
Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) and early risk stratification
-
Prevention and support in MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment)
-
ADHD in adults and associated executive function challenges
-
Memory, attention, and concentration optimization across the lifespan
Outcomes for your Patients
Patients benefit from early detection and precise risk analysis, enabling preventive interventions at stages when standard diagnostic thresholds are not yet met.
Our holistic, science-based approach supports measurable improvements in cognitive performance, resilience, and long-term brain health - enhancing quality of life while reducing downstream healthcare burden.

Who should be referred?

Patients with mild memory complaints.

Individuals at risk due to cardiovascular/ metabolic factors.

People who want to maintain and optimize their cognitive health.

Adults with suspected ADHD or persistent attention and organizational difficulties.
Evidence-Based-Care
to slow down or prevent cognitive decline
The U.S. POINTER Study (a two-year, randomized clinical trial in older adults at risk of cognitive decline) demonstrated that a structured lifestyle intervention - combining physical activity, a brain-healthy diet, cognitive training, social engagement, and regular health monitoring - led to measurable improvements in brain function. Participants in the structured group maintained or improved cognitive performance compared to natural age-related decline, providing strong evidence that prevention-focused, multidomain approaches can protect memory and thinking.

U.S. POINTER Study
key findings
Lifestyle as a modifiable risk factor
Cognitive decline is not an inevitable outcome of aging; targeted lifestyle interventions can attenuate neurodegenerative trajectories.
Efficacy of multi-domain interventions
Simultaneous modification of physical activity, dietary patterns, cognitive stimulation, social engagement, and vascular/metabolic monitoring demonstrates superior efficacy compared to isolated measures.
Cognitive outcomes
Participants in structured programs showed statistically significant improvements in episodic memory, executive function, and global cognition over two years, compared to control cohorts.
