General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all medical and complementary services provided by the VitalNeuro Center Zurich, Theaterstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”). They govern the contractual relationship between the Clinic and its patients, supplementing the applicable legal provisions under Swiss law.

2. Services

The Clinic provides medical services in accordance with the TARMED tariff system as well as complementary, non-reimbursable self-pay services (e.g., nutritional counseling, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), life coaching). The scope of services is determined individually based on prior agreement or appointment scheduling.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through the Clinic’s online booking system. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the Clinic reserves the right to charge the planned consultation time according to the applicable service rate.

4. Online Booking

Online appointment booking is processed through a privacy-compliant clinic software integrated with the website. By booking an appointment, the patient agrees to the electronic processing of their data in accordance with the Clinic’s privacy policy.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Medical services are billed according to the current TARMED tariff.

  • Self-pay services are charged at the Clinic’s current rates, available upon request.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • In the event of delayed payment, an annual default interest rate of 5% may be charged, along with an administrative fee.
     

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

These GTC apply in addition to the Clinic’s Privacy Policy and are available at any time on the website. By using the Clinic’s services (including online booking), patients acknowledge and accept these terms.
